Our governance framework is built to scale with the trust placed in us, by government clients, enterprise partners, and increasingly, by the investors who will hold us accountable as a public company. Oversight, checks, and clear lines of responsibility aren't a compliance requirement we're adopting for the IPO, they're the same standard we've applied internally for over two decades of delivering critical infrastructure.
